Company History

FocalPoint Publishing has been producing and distributing neighborhood publications to various neighborhoods in the Lincoln area since 2004.

The inception of this company began when one of the owners noticed a large number of colored flyers blowing around his neighborhood. Upon reading what was on those flyers, he discovered information about the homeowners association, including upcoming events, dues information, etc. He thought, "Why couldn't you make this into a communication vehicle that benefits the neighborhood and local businesses through advertising?" That's how it all started. Through the partnership of efforts with another partner who had creative resources available to him at the time, they created FocalPoint Publishing and started with the Williamsburg neighborhood.

What started as a neighborhood solution for communication has grown to a successful magazine production company for neighborhoods in Lincoln, NE.

FocalPoint now produces publications for 11 different neighborhoods and is quickly adopting new areas in other parts of Lincoln. FocalPoint has also started publishing smaller, more cost-effective newsletters for business and companies, helping them communicate with their clients and employees.
