Announcing the New "South Lincoln Neighbors" Magazine

2.14.11  FocalPoint Publishing is pleased to announce the combination of five South Lincoln neighborhood magazines to create the new "South Lincoln Neighbors" publication.  This publication will allow advertisers to reach a larger number of households in the south Lincoln area for a lower price per impression.  It also provides flexibility for the neighborhoods involved with this magazine by spreading the content needs across several different homeowners associations.  To obtain the advertising rates for this new publication, please call Melissa Person at 402-420-7880.

FocalPoint Partners with Downtown and Wilderness Ridge

9.15.08   FocalPoint is excited to add two more associations to their growing list of publications.  Beginning in November and December of 2008, FocalPoint will begin producing publications for over 2000 people in the downtown neighborhood, and 250 homeowners in the Wildnerness Ridge Homeowners Association.  The Wilderness Ridge and Downtown publications will be produced four times a year and contain valuable information for homeowners, families, and children. 

FocalPoint adds the Country Club Neighborhood!

9.1.07  The Country Club Neighborhood Association has been added to the list of publications that FocalPoint works with!  The Country Club is one of Lincoln's oldest, most historic areas, with a vibrant and active neighborhood association.  Their newsletter features stories about events happening in their neighborhood, news about the area schools, and tips and techniques to keep their neighborhood looking sharp.  Advertisers and homeowners alike are excited at this new relationship!  The Country Club Newsletter will be published four times a year:  February, May, August, and November.

11.14.05   FocalPoint Publishing partners with McDonald's FocalPoint Publishing, publisher of local neighborhood association newsletters, is pleased to announce their newly formed partnership with McDonald's of Lincoln. The addition of McDonald's is FocalPoint's largest client to date, adding significant value to the type of information local homeowners receive. McDonald's has agreed to provide information about the Lincoln schools that are in close proximity to each neighborhood association.
